National Services
Hi-Line’s National tree cutting service originated from our contract with BT Openreach who entrust us to carry out their entire tree cutting requirements throughout England, Wales and Scotland. This is delivered through our own cutting staff in the South West and through our network of approximately 40 carefully selected and managed tree surgery contractors located in such a way that we are easily able to cover any jobs wherever they might arise.

We now supply this service to other organisations including Fujitsu Telecommunications and Monteray and currently process approximately 5000 separate tree cutting jobs per annum. We take pride in delivering on time and within budget – we monitor this carefully and our performance in this respect has always been in excess of 99%.

We and our contractors are not merely utility arborists and can deliver a wide range of tree cutting services. If you have a National (or even a regional) tree cutting requirement and you think the above service may be of interest to you, please do not hesitate to Contact Us for a chat.

Benefits of National Service
Consistent/Quality Service We ensure that the tree cutting requirements of the client are fully understood by Hi-Line and that these are accurately conveyed to our contractors to ensure that a quality service is delivered consistently nationwide. We back this up with a programme of Quality Audits.
Tailored Service We are able to tailor our service to your requirements. This would, for example, include the basis on which cutting is undertaken (eg hourly rated work or fixed rates), how work orders are placed with us (eg fax/Email) how you require us to report progress back to you (eg emailed Excel reports) etc etc
Value & Transparent Pricing We always strive to minimise our clients' costs and provide excellent value. For example, some clients like us to quote whilst our cutting teams are onsite – this removes the need for a separate quotation visit and allows us to provide a very competitive quote. We always ensure the client knows what a job will cost before cutting commences.
Peace of Mind We relieve our clients from the ever-increasing burden and worry of ensuring that tree cutting contractors they might use up and down the country work safely and are otherwise “up to scratch”. In maintaining our network of contractors, we ensure that each is suitably qualified (eg appropriate licences and insurances are held) and that their employees are suitably qualified (eg each hold appropriate chainsaw certification) . We also conduct regular onsite Health & Safety Audits for all contractors to ensure that they are working safely and to industry standards.
One-Stop Shop Every job arising under our National Service is managed end-to-end by our experienced administration team in Exeter. Your staff need only deal with our dedicated team – we handle everything else for you.
